For Dev Nag, founder of AI platform Querypal, engagement was low because the content was too broad. General AI updates that weren't speaking to anyone specifically. I mapped out a new strategy built around two pillars: founder learnings drawn from Dev's own career, and posts breaking down Querypal's value for niche audiences including insurance, logistics, and airlines. Engagement and inbound leads both increased as a result.
I applied the same thinking at Daring Capital, an impact investing firm whose portfolio spans everything from medtech to youth mental health. Working with founder Jem Stein, I lead content strategy and ghostwrite across LinkedIn, newsletters, and founder interviews. Because the portfolio is so broad, the work demands genuine range, writing credibly across sectors and audiences in a single founder's voice. In February alone, content hit 24k impressions and gained 163 new followers, with individual posts reaching 50,000+ impressions and direct leads landing in Jem's inbox.
I also consulted for Simon Court, a coach and author working with founder CEOs, reviewing his LinkedIn presence and advising on what was landing and what wasn't. Sometimes the most useful thing is an honest outside eye.
I have led founder branding and LinkedIn content strategy for clients across tech, impact investing, and leadership coaching. My job is to become enough of an expert in their world to ask intelligent questions, build a sustainable content plan, and turn it around fast enough to newsjack when the moment is right. The goal is always the same: more leads, stronger presence, minimal time investment from the founder.
